uw34i Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. About these terms
- Who they're with: these terms are an agreement between you and AristoForm Ltd (company number 15851448, registered in England and Wales), 126 Church Road, Enfield, EN3 4NY, England ("uw34i", "we", "us"). They cover:
- the uw34i desktop app;
- uw34i.com;
- the online services the app and the site connect to (together, "uw34i").
- Agreeing: you agree to these terms when you create an account, buy a plan, or use uw34i.
- For an organisation: if you accept them for an organisation, you confirm you have its authority. "You" then means the organisation as well as you.
- Your data: the Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these terms only where they refer to it.
- Business users: some terms apply only if you use uw34i for business, or only if you're a consumer. Each says which. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights.
2. Your account
- One person, one account. Give an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been misused.
- No sharing or selling. You can't share an account, sell it, or transfer it.
- Age: you must be 18 or over. Younger people aren't permitted to use uw34i for now (Privacy Policy §15).
- Organisations: you can create an organisation (up to 5 you own) and invite people to it by email.
- Invitations: when you invite someone, you ask us to email them in your organisation's name, from our own address. Only invite people you have a reason to contact and who would expect it.
- The organisation's name appears in that email and in its sender name. You're responsible for it, and it must not mislead (§8).
- Administrators can see their members' roles, plan and AI usage totals, and the organisation's audit trail (Privacy Policy §7). If you administer an organisation, tell your members that.
- Accepting an invitation makes you a member, which gives its administrators that view of you.
- Devices: your plan allows a set number of devices, shown in Settings → Devices. We may change the limits for future periods, and we'll tell you before a change affects you.
- We may refuse or close an account that breaks these terms (§10).
3. The free period
- Length: a new account gets a free period, currently 28 days. It starts the first time you sign in to the desktop app.
- One free period per person, and per inbox. Addresses that reach the same inbox (such as
name+anything@, or Gmail's dotted variants) count as one. We use the records described in the Privacy Policy (§3, §12) to stop it being claimed twice. That includes deleting an account and making a new one. - When it ends:
- unless you subscribe, the app stops letting you work;
- your files stay on your computer;
- you can still export your chats, memories and specialists, and sign out.
- We may change the length or the terms of the free period for new accounts, or stop offering it. A free period that has already started isn't affected.
4. Paid plans and payment
- Price: plans, prices and what each includes are shown before you pay. Prices shown include any VAT that applies, and we charge VAT where we're required to.
- Payment: our payment provider, Stripe, takes payment on its own page. We never see your card details.
- Renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and you're charged for the next period, until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription.
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and then doesn't renew.
- We don't refund part of a period, except where the law requires it (below).
Your 14-day right to cancel (UK and EU consumers). Consumers normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel an online contract. A uw34i subscription is supplied as digital content (the app and access to it) together with the online services it connects to. It starts as soon as you pay, so at checkout we ask you to do two things:
- ask for access to start straight away;
- acknowledge that this ends your right to cancel once access starts.
If you do, you can't cancel for a refund once access has started. If any part of what you bought counts in law as a service rather than digital content, and you cancel within the 14 days, you pay for what we supplied up to the time you told us, and we refund the rest. None of this affects your rights if uw34i is faulty or not as described.
- Failed payments:
- if a payment fails, we keep your plan working for a few days while it's retried;
- if it still fails, your plan ends, and the app treats you as if your free period had ended (§3).
- Price changes: we may change prices.
- We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription.
- The new price starts at your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it does.
- Prepaid codes: a code that grants time doesn't renew, and ends when its time runs out. Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be resold.
- Chargebacks: if you dispute a payment with your bank when the charge was valid, we may suspend your account until it's resolved.
5. Invites, points and rewards
- The programme: you can invite people with your personal link or code. When someone joins through it, either of you may earn a reward under the offer running at the time, shown in the app. A reward may be:
- free time, which is added to your account and used whenever nothing else covers it, including after a paid period ends; or
- points, which you can turn into free time at the rate the app shows.
- When rewards apply: a reward for someone who is still in their free period is added after it ends.
- What rewards are: points and free time are promotional benefits. They:
- have no cash value, and can't be exchanged for money, sold, or used to pay for anything except uw34i time;
- can't be transferred to another account, unless the app offers a way to do it;
- may expire as the offer says (the launch offer: 365 days);
- are lost if your account is deleted or closed;
- are limited per person and overall, and can be earned only once for each person who joins, counting addresses that reach the same inbox as one person;
- can't be earned by inviting yourself, or someone who has already had an account.
- Abuse:
- What we may do: if we reasonably believe rewards were earned by abuse, we may cancel them, withhold them, or close the account. Examples are fake or duplicate accounts, inviting yourself, or automated sign-ups.
- Telling you: we'll tell you why, unless doing so would help someone get round our checks.
- Changing the programme: we may change, pause or end the programme or any offer at any time.
- Free time already added to your account is kept, until it is used or expires.
- Points you've already earned can be turned into free time for at least 30 days after we end the programme.
- No spam: don't spam people with your link. Share it with people who may want it.
6. Your content
- It's yours. The files, documents, code and chats you create remain yours. Most of it stays on your computer and never reaches us (Privacy Policy §4).
- What you let us do with it. When you share a document, or use uw34i's own AI, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and transmit that content. The licence is only to run the feature you asked for, and to keep it secure.
- It ends when you stop sharing or delete the content, except for copies others already have and backups that expire on their own schedule.
- Your responsibility: you're responsible for your content.
- Make sure you have the right to use and share it.
- Don't share other people's personal data unless you're allowed to.
- Feedback: if you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
7. AI features
- AI can be wrong. Check what it produces before relying on it, especially code, commands it runs, and anything you send to other people. uw34i shows what an AI changed and asks before risky actions, but the decision, and its consequences, are yours.
- Your own API key: an AI provider you use with your own key is between you and that provider. Their terms and prices apply, and you pay them directly. We aren't responsible for their service.
- uw34i AI: included in some plans, within the fair-use limits shown in the app.
- We may change the models and providers behind it, or the limits, to keep it working and affordable.
- Not for harm: don't use AI features to create unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, or to break a provider's usage policies.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- try to get into accounts, data or systems you aren't authorised to use;
- probe, scan, disrupt or overload our services, or get round their limits or security;
- copy, reverse-engineer or modify the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use uw34i to send spam or malware, or to build a competing service from it;
- invite people who aren't expecting it, or name an organisation so as to mislead or to pass yourself off as someone else: the name goes out in email from us;
- resell uw34i, or let others use your account, without our written agreement.
9. The app, features and updates
- Your licence: while you have an account and keep to these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app.
- The app, its source code and the uw34i name and brand belong to us or our licensors.
- Nothing in these terms gives you any other rights in them.
- Updates: the app may update itself to fix problems, improve security or add features.
- Some features are marked as previews or in development. They are provided as they are, and may change or be withdrawn.
- Changing uw34i: we may change, add or remove features.
- If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan gives you during a period you've paid for, we'll tell you in advance.
- You may then cancel, and get a pro-rata refund of the unused part of that period.
- Other services: features that connect to other services (your email provider, Git hosts, AI providers) depend on those services and their terms. We aren't responsible for them.
10. Suspending or ending your account
- Your side: you can stop using uw34i at any time.
- To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Deleting cancels any paid subscription immediately, with no refund for the time left. Points and free time are lost too.
- Organisations: one that only you belong to is deleted with your account. If you own one that has other members, we can't delete your account until it has a new owner: contact support@uw34i.com.
- Export first: export anything you want to keep before deleting, from Settings → Account → Export my data.
- What we delete, and what we keep, is in the Privacy Policy (§12).
- Our side. We may suspend or close your account, or limit what it can do, if:
- you seriously or repeatedly break these terms;
- you don't pay;
- the law requires it;
- it's needed to protect uw34i, our users or others from harm or fraud.
- Telling you: where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.
- If we close your account for your breach, no refund is due for the time left.
- If we stop providing uw34i: we'll give you reasonable notice, and a pro-rata refund of any period you've paid for and not used.
- What survives: terms that by their nature should survive the end of this agreement do. That includes §6 (feedback), §11, §12 and §14.
11. Our responsibility to you
- What we never exclude: nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, including for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud;
- your statutory rights as a consumer.
- If you're a consumer:
- What we're responsible for: loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- What we're not responsible for:
- loss that wasn't foreseeable;
- loss caused by events outside our reasonable control;
- loss caused by something you approved, or by relying on AI output without checking it;
- business losses: uw34i for consumers is for domestic and private use. If you use it for business, the business terms below apply.
- Back up your work. Your files live on your computer, so keep your own backups.
- If you use uw34i for business: to the extent the law allows,
- uw34i is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no warranties beyond those these terms state, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We're not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the greater of what you paid us in those 12 months and £100.
- You'll compensate us for losses we suffer because of claims arising from your content, or your breach of §8.
12. Changes to these terms
- Changes: we may change these terms, for example when uw34i or the law changes. We'll update the date at the top.
- Significant changes: we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply to you.
- If you keep using uw34i after that date, the new terms apply.
- If you don't agree, you can stop and cancel before then. Under §9, you get a pro-rata refund if the change significantly reduces what you've paid for.
13. Law and disputes
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
- Courts:
- Consumers: you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring it in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law.
- Business users: the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Talk to us first: before going to court, please contact us. Most problems can be solved quickly.
14. General
- Transfer: we may transfer this agreement to someone who takes over uw34i, and we'll tell you if we do. Your rights as a consumer aren't reduced by it. You may transfer it only with our written agreement.
- The whole agreement: these terms, the plan details shown at purchase and the Privacy Policy, where referred to, are the whole agreement between us about uw34i.
- No third-party rights: nobody else has rights under these terms.
- If part is invalid: if a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- Delay isn't waiver: if we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
